I’ve heard you can tell a lot about people by how they react to rain. If that’s the case, then Ashlyn, Kyle, and their daughter Lily are some of the chillest humans on the planet. When a steady drizzle began along with their session, I suggested a couple of alternate (indoor) locations, but Ashlyn and Kyle were fine to brave the rain. Lily even offered me her services as my assistant, directing her parents’ poses when she wasn’t exploring puddles.
We began the session in Gratz Park, famous for its lovely pink and blue historic homes, and worked our way around the block to the Hunt-Morgan house (a spot dear to my heart, as it’s where my husband proposed to me!). I hope it now holds just as sweet memories for this darling family.
