Your relationship isn't like anyone else's. So why should your wedding be? While Gabrielle and Adam's wedding had all the classic charm of a Southern wedding, they opted out of one tradition - getting ready photos. Why? They wanted to prioritize first looks (plural!) and photos with their loved ones. For them, this was a celebration not only of their lives merging, but of all the folks who have been there for them along the way.
The newlyweds said their vows under a sweeping view of the Richwood on the River estate. Thoughtful details like complimentary sunglasses, comfy sandals (dancing shoes), and hangover kits (hey, it's a wedding!) offered their guests every creature comfort imaginable. And the food! This was my first time working with Ladyfingers Catering, and I can't wait to do so again. White pumpkins and candles created a romantic, classy mood for their reception, where the couple got down and dirty with their guests. Elegant and fun? Sounds like a perfect reflection of these lovers to me.
