Have you ever fallen in love with a place? I was so smitten with Victorian-themed cafe Shakespeare and Co that my matron of honor dutifully hosted my bachelorette party there. Well, for Caitlin and Dustin, it's Buffalo Trace Distillery, a historic Frankfort-based brewery that's older than our nation. Dustin is the real bourbon lover, but both he and Caitlin adore the distillery's cool industrial vibe. And with luxuriously landscaped grounds, it was the perfect spot for their engagement session.
Dustin's mom provided the couple with traditional Vietnamese attire to honor his heritage, while Caitlin adorned herself with a starburst headdress to honor her Filipino roots. We were so grateful to the security guard who allowed us access to the barrel room, a coveted spot for portraits due to the warm woody tones. Caitlin and Dustin opted for street-smart clothes for their second outfits, making them look like they stepped out of an Urban Outfitters IG feed. I can't wait to see what they sport on their wedding day!!
